Today I went to make a return my cashier was Christie S this lady is racist n should be doing customer services. She make me feel embarrassed in front of customer yelling at me and making comment about the clothes I was returning. Because Im a latin personand citizen of USA not need to be offended in public by an employee at this store. Nobody give anythi ng that I got a the store for free I paid for it. I personally not recommend no one be assisted by this employee. She is rude and racist

I was hesitant to order from here because of all the bad reviews but i went for it & ordered a pair of ugg slides, they came in a week & have no complaints about my order

I visited Nordstrom rack at Mayfair Saturday September 10th 2022 to return some shoes and was greeted by the nicest most professional young lady. I returned Sunday September 11th 2022 to purchase a pair of shoes and there was two girls working front counter at 11:25 am. They both was rude unprofessional and had nasty attitudes it's so sad to see that Nordstrom rack who has an amazing manager and a beautiful Saturday morning staff had to begin another week with these two unprofessional unkind and immature people.

Nordstrom Rack always cancel online orders of the good price sale items! I wonder why??? It didn't happen once, it happens to me all the time. They always say "items sell out before our system can mark them as not available". That's bad excuses because the items were available before I checked out, and right after checking out, I went back the item marked as sold out so the system updated the inventory correctly! So what is happenning? and why always happens with the sale great price items?

We were looking for a suit for my son in the Nordstrom Rack at Westgate Mall. Mr. Behrouz N. Spent almost half an hour helping us, looking for the right size, brand and fashion, advising on purchasing online the pants (we were able to purchase the jacket but there were no matching pants immediately available). He offered us three different pants to check the size so we could make the online purchase smoothly. He also went to the alteration dept. to make sure there is a way to add some extra length to the pants. Amazing help! Thanks Mr. Behrouz!

Alyssa Solis Nordstrom rack Baybrook gives Excellent customer service always. She always post the customers first and is there to provide anything that the customer needs she puts Nordstrom Rack number one so I am giving her number one for great customer service.

I purchased $250 worth of merchandise from Nordstrom rack. The carrier they used took 12 days to "deliver" my package. The carrier they used has no phone number to contact. I called Nordstrom, and they said there is nothing they can do. The carrier marked the package as "delivered", but it WAS NOT DELIVERED. NEVER buy from Nordstrom or use CDL as a carrier. You will not get your items and Nordstrom will not help alleviate the issue. I did not ask for a refund. I asked for my merchandise.

I dont know about anyone else but what keep happening this store is gone to the dogs. I tried using two of their Nordstrom Rack gift cars and couldtnt they acted as if it was stolen, then had me to put monies on another card new gift card before i could purchase my items. Then they compleltly lost my nordy notes, this one kid I think he was Kendan called and they cannot find my notes, this place is slowly sinking

I always appreciate the friendly, individualized service I receive at Nordstrom Rack, Rockaway Mall. They are my go-to shop for purchases. Thank you Jose, Kristine, Breanda, Grecia, Janaina. You are the best. And the Managers Ataya and Remi. Thank you for all your professionalism. Great job
